Casino mogul Phil Ruffin shares some plans for his new acquisition. Ruffin, also the owner of Treasure Island, will close the deal on Circus Circus later this year and already has his sights set on renovations.
Topping his list will include a plan for Slots-A-Fun, which hasn't seen improvements in a long time. Additionally, he is considering options for the RV park and the 37 acres on the corner.
